1. Appointments & Bookings

• All appointments are subject to availability.
• We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
• Clients are requested to arrive at least 10–15 minutes before their scheduled appointment.
• Late arrival may result in reduced session time without price adjustment.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 4–6 hours prior to the appointment time.
• Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
• No-shows may be charged the full service amount.

3. Health Conditions

• Clients must inform the therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy before the treatment.
• Amruta Sthanam is not responsible for adverse reactions if medical information is not disclosed.
• Services are not a substitute for medical treatment or diagnosis.

4. Code of Conduct

• We maintain a professional and respectful environment.
• Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately.

5. Payments

• Payment must be completed before or immediately after the service.
• We accept cash, card, and approved digital payment methods.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Gift Vouchers & Packages

• Gift vouchers and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated otherwise.
• Packages must be used within the validity period mentioned at the time of purchase.

7. Personal Belongings

• Clients are responsible for their personal belongings.
• Amruta Sthanam is not liable for loss or damage to personal items.

8. Privacy Policy

• We respect your privacy and protect your personal information.
• Client details are used only for appointment scheduling and service communication.
• We do not share personal data with third parties without consent.
